What are the Eligibility Criteria for the Commonwealth Masters Scholarship 2023 in UK??
- The candidate must demonstrate leadership potential
- They must be allowed to begin academic courses in the UK by September 2023, the start of the UK academic year.
- A second UK Master’s degree is not often funded by the CSC. If the candidate is applying for a second UK Master’s degree, you must explain why you want to pursue this course of study.
- They must show financial need
- They must have an excellent academic standing.
- They must have a research plan.
How to Apply (Understand it carefully)
- Applications must be made using the CSC’s online application system.
- Candidates must apply to one of the below-nominating agencies as well as to the CSC. Nominating agencies will then put forward candidates to the CSC. The CSC does not accept direct applications for these scholarships.
- National nominating agencies – this is the main route of applications
- Selected non-governmental organizations and charitable bodies
- Each Nominating agency has its own further eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must complete an application using the CSC’s online application system, in addition to any other application required to be completed by the nominating agency.
- Agencies will nominate candidates to the CSC by December 2022.

Required Documents for Commonwealth Scholarships 2023:
- a copy of a valid passport (or national ID card)
- showing a photograph, date of birth, and country of citizenship
- Full transcripts detailing all higher education qualifications, with certified translations if not in English
- References from at least two individuals on institutional letterhead
- Give a brief description of volunteer efforts and any opportunities for leadership (up to 500 words).
