Eligibility Criteria | Chinese Government Scholarship at Harbin Institute of Technology
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must ensure that they meet the following criteria;
- Applicants must be non-Chinese nationality in good health
- International students out of China or former graduates of Chinese universities
- Applicants for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35
- Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
- Excellent performance in study.
- Applicants should have good ability in scientific research.
Benefits of HIT CSC Scholarship in China 2022:
- Exemption from registration fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee.
- 800 RMB per year for Comprehensive Medical insurance.
- Monthly stipend of 3,000 RMB/month for masters students.
- Monthly stipend of 3,500 RMB/month for doctoral applicants.

How to Apply for HIT CSC Scholarship in China 2022?
- Register yourself first through the CSC Scholarship Application system.
- When you log in to CSC Portal, you need to select Category B for HIT and select Agency Code of HIT which is 10213.
- Fill the application form with the correct information.
- After filling the application form, students have to send the application form along with the required documents to the following address.
- Address: No.11 Siling Street, Nangang District, Harbin (150001), China, Please mark clearly “CSC Scholarship Application” on the envelope.
