Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be international students from any country (candidates from Taiwan can’t apply.
- Candidates must be healthy both physically and mentally.
- Candidates may not be recipients of any other scholarships at the same time.
- Candidates must need to fill out the application form correctly, completely, and submit the application along with the required documents by the university.
- Applicants with a high school degree are eligible to apply for bachelor’s degree programs.
- Applicants with a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for master’s degree programs.
- Applicants with a master’s degree are eligible to apply for Ph.D./Doctoral Degree programs.
