  • Application deadline: February 12, 2021.
  • Host University: Trent University.
  • Course level: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Country of study in Canada.

Funding provided in Trent University International Scholarships:

Benefits: – Trent University will award US $ 10,000 to successful candidates for the 2021/2022 cycle.

Conditions for applying to Trent University International Scholarships:

  • Eligible Countries: Applications from all nationalities are welcome.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The award will be awarded to the degree program in any subject offered by the university.

Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicant must meet all the specified criteria:

  • Students who have been accepted into undergraduate studies will be accepted for awards.
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma for admission to a bachelor’s degree.
  • Applicants must have a minimum score as specified in each country’s admission requirements.

How to Apply?

Below you will find information and pathways as you navigate your university application to Trent.

STEP 1: Review our Admission Requirements and Application Deadlines

  1. All students are required to have the following for admission to all programs:
  2. High School diploma (see Requirements).
  3. English language proficiency (or conditional admission through Trent-ESL: English for University).
  4. Meet Program-Specific Requirements (see this chart on the International Requirements page).
  5. Transfer students: please review requirements below.
  6. Post-Secondary Requirements.            

STEP 2: Submit Admission Application Form

  1. Submit a Trent Direct application * (we recommend this application if Trent is the only university in Ontario you are applying to).
  2. Create an account and apply directly to Trent (the email address you will use to create your account will be the email that we will use to communicate with you as an applicant).
  3. Application fee ($ 90 CAD).

OR you can try another way

  1. Submit OUAC 105 or 101 application (we recommend this application if you are applying to several universities in Ontario).
  2. Students pursuing OSSD will use the OUAC 101 application form *
  3. All other out-of-province and outside of Canada high school and transfer students will use the OUAC 105 application.

STEP 3: Add @ trentu.ca to your “Safe Sender” List

  1. Once you submit your application, you will begin to receive emails from the International Admissions Office outlining next steps and other important information concerning your application.
  2. Please ensure you add “@ trentu.ca” to your ‘Safe Senders’ list in your email.
  3. You may want to check your Junk Mail if you feel you have missed a communication from Trent.
