University of Tabuk Scholarship Details Eligibility Criteria
- For internal scholarships, students must have a valid residency permit (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia.
- For external scholarships, international students must have a valid passport.
- Applicants must choose from the eligible study majors offered by the university.
- Applicants must be between 17 and 35 years old for bachelor’s degree applications, and not older than 30 for master’s programs or 35 for doctoral programs.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required.
- Male students must have a legal guardian (Mahram) residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Applicants must pass a medical examination after admission.
- Candidates must have relevant academic qualifications as required by the scholarship program.
- Applications must be complete with all supporting documents. Incomplete applications or delays in submission will result in rejection.
- Applicants must meet the university’s admission criteria and possess the motivation and drive to study in Saudi Arabia.
Admission requirements to the University of Tabuk for Saudis
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality or have a Saudi mother.
- The applicant must have a high school diploma or its equivalent from inside or outside the Kingdom.
- No more than 3 years have passed since the applicant obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- The applicant must not be more than 25 years old.
- The applicant’s score on the achievement test must not be less than 50%.
- The applicant’s score on the general aptitude test must not be less than 50%.
- The applicant must not have been dismissed from another college at the university or from other universities.
- The applicant must not be registered or accepted at another university.
Applying to the University of Tabuk
- Enter the electronic portal to apply for admission to the university via the official University of Tabuk link.
- Choose the admission request icon.
- Determine the type of application
- You must specify the type of request: male/female
- Click on the new admission application link on the University of Tabuk website.
- Enter the civil registry and year of birth.
- Fill out the required personal data
- After filling out the data completely and ensuring that it is correct, you must click on Next
- Add desires and arrange them
Select the college from the wish list, then click on the arrow to add the wish.
- This process is carried out until all wishes are arranged.
- After that, you must click on Next
- After arranging the desires in the previous step, the desires will appear according to the order that was made. You must confirm the arrangement and click on save order
- Printing the application is an optional step for the applicant
Documents are Required:
The following documents are required from applicants:
- Three-year certificate or transcript with Arabic translation
- Valid passport and ID
- Certificate of good behavior in Arabic
- Arabic birth certificate
- Two reference letters
- Official health certificate with Arabic translation
- Applicant’s photos without hat and glasses and on a white background
- Additional documents, including letters of appreciation, etc.
