An applicant willing to admit in the Doctoral Degree must fulfill the following academic requirements to avail of the Japan Government Scholarship:

• An applicant should have outstanding academic records in undergraduate
• An applicant should normally possess a four-year bachelor’s degree.
• An applicant should normally possess a master’s degree.
• Proof of an applicant’s English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) or English Proficiency Certificate.
