How the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship Program will Start?
- 1 Month Virtual Assessment: The program will start with intensive community mapping and needs assessment.
- Young leaders will be provided with tools and knowledge to asses their community.
- In Person in the USA (10 days): Young Leaders will travel to the United States in July 2024 for 10 days. Participants will come to the fellowship with an issue in the community they want to address.
- Virtual Project Implementation: After coming back from the United States participants will implement those ideas and execute them in their communities.
