The Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP) was introduced in 2000 as a framework for awarding postgraduate scholarships to development partners. It aims to share the best practices and experiences of Thailand with the world.

About the Scholarships offered by (TIPP) program:

Today, in addition to fellowships and scholarships offered as part of bilateral and tripartite development cooperation projects.

TICA offers more than 700 training fellowships and 70 postgraduate scholarships to government officials from developing countries around the world through the Annual International Training Course (AITC) and Postgraduate International Thailand Program. (TIPP).

The Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP) will cover all expenses:

  • Air ticket economy class.
  • Domestic travel in Thailand.
  • Living allowance 7000 baht per month.
  • A subsistence allowance between 7000 and 9,000 baht per month.
  • Settlement funds: 6000 baht upon first arrival in Thailand.
  • Book allowance: 10,000 baht per year.
  • Thesis allowance of 20,000 Baht.
  • Pay the Tuition Fees.
  • Health insurance.

Eligibility criteria for TIPP scholarships:

Below are the eligibility criteria for the Thailand scholarship:

  1. Candidates must be nominated by the International National Contact Point Development cooperation in a TIPP country see the eligible country.
  2. The applicants are supposed to work in an area within the chosen field of study or course.
  3. The applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  4. The candidates must be good in English.
  5. The applicant who does not attend the Bachelor’s degree in English or his first language English is supposed to pass the English language proficiency test in accordance with the university policies.
  6. Candidates must be under 50 years old.
  7. The applicant must be medically fit.
  8. If the applicants violate any rule, TICA has the right to take back the scholarship.

Needed documents for the scholarship:

  1. Medical Fitness Report.
  2. Academic transcripts for Bachelor’s degree.
  3. English language test score (TOELF, IELTS).
  4. 3 letter of recommendation.
  5. Thesis proposal.
  6. Other documents required by the university.
