UPG Sustainability Leadership Program in USA 2023-24 is an exciting new opportunity for international leaders to generate new ideas whilst being close to nature. The fully-funded leadership program, which was established in 2019, has been educating young people from various backgrounds to become role models for effective civic leadership.
In spring 2023-24 UPG commits to train and certify a minimum of 500 additional young leaders from all over the world by spring 2023-24. And to offer 60 of them an immersive 1-week experience on an island in the USA: the Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership.

United People Global leadership program mobilizes people and organizations to support sustainable citizen leadership and provide a platform for youth to showcase their talents for a better world.
UPG Sustainability Leaders are trained in both the methods and the issues to become ambassadors for positive citizen leadership on sustainability. Several incentives are designed into the application process to enable the Class of 2023-24 to be as impactful as it is diverse, including encouraging young people who work in organizations that care about sustainability to apply – and many other demographic groups.

The UPG leadership program in the USA is the world’s largest training program for young adults. The aim and the topic of the program are to fulfill UPG Sustainability Program, the United Nations’ agenda regarding sustainability.
The program promotes “Green” and “Environmental Sustainability” as well as the “Social Stability”. The UPG is looking for a diverse group of people. The details about the UPG Leadership Program in USA 2023 are available below.
The young adults during their UPG program undergo intensive assignments which enable them more confident and envision them to face the challenges of the real world. These assignments can be about managing the project or how sustainable development can be a part of the economy, politics, law, culture, technology, education, etc.
UPG Stands for United People Global. This program will invite 60 UPG Sustainability Leaders from 30 countries around the world. All the expenses will be covered by United People Global. All the Candidates will have to apply online.

- You demonstrate a strong motivation to become UPG Sustainability Leader combined with strong capabilities, and you also have initial ideas that can have an impact.

Applications must be completed online; applications that are mailed, faxed or emailed to UPG will not be accepted.
- Applicants have to complete an online application form.
- A strong personal statement should be uploaded.
- Answer all questions in the application form.
- Make a 2-minute video in which you are asked to tell about yourself or answer any one question from the application.
- The video must be in the English language and uploaded via the given link before the closing of the application.
